Job DescriptionFLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region.
nKey Responsibilities:
n* Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India.
n* Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions.
n* Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events.
n* Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
n* Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline.
n* Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
n* Maintain market intelligence and identify current outreach opportunities.
n* Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:
n* Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university.
n* 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing.
n* Strong network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable.
n* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
n* Willingness to travel extensively.
