nKey Responsibilities
nManage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, tracking, and delivery
nProvide customer support via phone, email, and chat
nInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items
nCoordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve order-related issues
nAnalyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating when required
nIdentify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
nAccurately enter and maintain customer order records
nRequired Skills
nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
nProficiency in Microsoft Office
nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
nFluent in English (Written & Verbal)
