Job Description Designation - Customer Service Executive
n Qualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply
n Shifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)
n 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
n Location - Kolkata

n Roles & Responsibilities:
n - Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).
n - Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
n - Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.
n - Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
n - Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
n (Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
n Communication - Very Valuable Communication
