n We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to join a fast-growing performance marketing team.
n Key Requirements:
n 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
n Experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team
n Hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns
n Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners
n Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers or similar
n Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers
n Drive publisher growth and campaign performance
n Build strong relationships with affiliate partners
n Monitor campaign profitability and optimize performance
n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
