Job Description:

- Possess a robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, with sound knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.

- Demonstrate working expertise in TDS, GST, and Income Tax provisions, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and timely statutory compliance.

- Manage accounting operations using ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms, while providing guidance and technical support to team members on accounting transactions and best practices.

- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities and ensure timely completion of month- end and year-end closing processes, including accounting for investments such as equities, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.

- Coordinate and initiate client payment instructions through banking portals in accordance with the maker-checker approval framework and established internal controls.

- Lead the preparation and finalization of annual financial statements, including year-end adjustments,



closing entries, and Balance Sheet finalization for corporate clients.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for financial analysis, reporting, MIS preparation, and presentations.

- Effectively manage a portfolio of multiple clients while supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines.

- Liaise proactively with clients to obtain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation in a timely manner to facilitate accurate bookkeeping and statutory compliance.

- Support and oversee the preparation and timely filing of annual Income Tax Returns for individuals and corporate entities, while coordinating with auditors and tax consultants during assessments and statutory audits, as required.
