As an M365 / Copilot Solution Architect, you will own the technical architecture and governance of Microsoft 365 environments while driving the adoption of Copilot and Generative AI capabilities. You will work across collaboration, productivity, security, compliance, automation, and data platforms to create contemporary digital workplace solutions.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, security teams, IT leadership, and engineering teams to establish architecture standards, enable AI-powered workflows, and ensure enterprise solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Copilot architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Define governance frameworks for Microsoft Copilot, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
- Design and support declarative and custom-engineered Copilot agents and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering and enterprise AI capabilities.
- Architect integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Graph Connectors, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
- Design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Establish M365 architecture, security, identity, compliance, and governance standards.
- Implement Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security principles.
- Support Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, Teams, Teams Voice, Direct Routing, and Teams Rooms architecture.
- Design and govern SharePoint Online environments, including SPFx solutions, migrations,



and information architecture.
- Implement Microsoft Purview capabilities including DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, and eDiscovery.
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, REST APIs, and Microsoft cloud services.
- Conduct architecture reviews, identify technology risks, and recommend scalable and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 9+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, enterprise architecture, digital workplace, or related technology roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and governance.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Graph Connectors, REST APIs, and PowerShell automation.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and enterprise security.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
- Strong understanding of information governance, DLP, compliance, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery.
- Excellent architecture, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with strong security and governance requirements.
