- Communicate with a Client to understand high level business requirements and bridge the gap between Client and development team
- Transform and Create an epic for the Business requirement that development team can further breakdown into stories
- Influence and work collaboratively with people at all levels and within various teams across the company to prepare a product roadmap for various project specific or cross cutting project initiatives.
- Closely coordinate with team members to make sure timely delivery of product features is achieved.
- Lead the product related monthly sync calls with a Client and any ad-hoc calls required from the business domain point of view.
- Answer domain related questions from a Client or Stakeholder from various channels like Slack, Email, Desk issues, etc.
- Conduct various sprint ceremonies from the functional/domain point of view like Backlog grooming, daily stand up, sprint retrospective, defining sprint goals, preparing release notes, etc.
- Drive review activities like high level implementation approach, API Review, Database schema review, confluence documentation from the domain/functional point of view to ensure it meets business requirements, naming consistency, etc.
- Acquire enough technical expertise to merge or rollback pull requests
- Coordinate with Client, Stakeholder, vendor, and internal project teams for the smooth deployment of feature release
- Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Manage and ensure timely action on product’s monthly checklist cards
- Closely coordinate with team members to align them with Customer’s vision, bring consistency across products, and bring innovation in processes and work
- Conduct regular monthly sync with Team and track success and improvements of individual team members to prepare them for next level role
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Participate in how team members are allocated or shuffled across projects.
- Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
