Job Description:

Position: Production Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 – 6 Year

Industries: Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material availability.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Engineering teams.
- Control rejection, wastage, downtime, and improve production efficiency.
- Handle production deviations, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper production documentation and traceability.
- Train and supervise production staff on quality and safety procedures.
- Support audits, validation, and current product/process development.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills:





- trong knowledge of Medical Device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation management, and change control.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and team leadership.
- Good understanding of documentation, traceability, validation, and audit requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen would be an advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
