As a senior SAP Functional consultant you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP-based solutions for our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including customer representatives, to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.

What should you bring along

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing functional and technical specifications, as well as decision papers for technical recommendations.
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging techniques, assessing application performance, fault detection, and capacity planning.
- Strong capabilities in change management, problem management, incident management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- In-depth understanding of system architecture, infrastructure, and integration concepts.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a dynamic agile team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customer representatives at all levels.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ability to facilitate design workshops, gather business requirements, and map out business processes.
- Experience in design and automated end-to-end testing, implementation, and production support for existing and new solutions.
- Ability to provide input on solution design considering usability,



capacity, security, and monitoring.
- Technical expertise to guide delivery teams in implementing business requirements.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships constructively.
- Experience using agile methodologies to design, configure, and implement SAP-based solutions.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customer representatives, team leads, project managers, process owners, and subject matter experts.

Must have technical skill

Extensive experience in:

- · S/4 HANA
- · SAP Modules: Procurement (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Execution and General (LE/LO).
- · Strong integration experience with Accounts Payable AP.
- · ABAP Proficiency: Basic Debugging and knowledge of user exits, BADIs and enhancement points in MM area.
- · Data Exchange: Manage and troubleshoot iDocs and EDI standards to ensure reliable communication with external vendors and logistics providers.
- · Collaboration toolkits (e.g., Jira and Confluence) in an agile workplace
- · Testing tools like Xray, Selenium

Good to have Technical skills

Knowledge and experience in:

- · SRM Integration: Act as the subject matter expert for integrating SAP HANA with SRM, managing the end-to-end "Procure-to-Pay" lifecycle across platforms.
- · Technical Liaison: Translate complex business requirements into high-quality Functional Specifications and work side-by-side with developers to ensure code aligns with business logic.
- · SAP Fiori experience is commendable.
- · ABAP Proficiency: Perform deep-dive debugging to troubleshoot system behaviour, identify appropriate User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Points and ability to write ABAP code to achieve minor developments.
