Responsibilities

KPMG Global Services (KGS) delivers smart working processes, rapidly scalable solutions and the right talent. The BA will be responsible formanaging aspects of the HR data, information and document management processing. The role holder will need valuable communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.

Update HR data and information in HR Databases and Systems suchas Peoplesoft

Catalog and store data and information in document managementsystems such as OpenText

Prepare reports using business tools

Appropriate handling of stakeholder (internal and external), queriesand requests by email, in line with the agreed SLAs and Qualityframework

Effective customer service and relationship management across arange of stakeholders

Meet established quality and service level agreements
Operational administrative duties to include:

Daily updates and revisions to employee data and information storedin HR administrative systems

Maintain accurate employee records within HR administrativesystems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity

Indexing of documentation by adding key operational data for storagein document management systems

Generate HR-related reports and provide data analysis as needed

Maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to document retention policies

Oversee the reporting mailbox and accurately complete reportingrequests within agreed SLA

Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshoreteam members/leadership team,



throughout all processes

Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report anypotential issues, understanding when to escalate

Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with allappropriate policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written andverbal communication to a variety of stakeholders (internal andexternal), including firm professionals, onshore team members andleadership, which will include senior managers, Directors andPartners

Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure allelements of the submission process have been accurately completedand all data collected is accurate

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications

Non-tech graduate - BA, B. Com, B.Ed or BE, BCA
Work experience
•6 month - 1 year of work experience in relevant domain•Preferred exposure to international work setup
