Job Description FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region.
n Key Responsibilities:
n * Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India.
n * Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions.
n * Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events.
n * Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
n * Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline.
n * Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
n * Maintain market intelligence and identify new outreach opportunities.




n * Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
n Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
n * Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university.
n * 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing.
n * Robust network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable.
n * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
n * Willingness to travel extensively.
