n What You'll Do
n n Lead and strengthen the academic programme across Classes 1–6.
n Coach and mentor teachers to deliver high-quality, student-centred learning.
n Drive curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and student outcomes.
n Partner with parents, school leadership, and cross-functional teams to create an enriching school experience.
n Contribute to whole-school improvement and innovation initiatives.
n n We're Looking For




n n 8–10+ years of teaching experience in Primary or Middle School.
n 5+ years in an academic leadership or coordination role.
n Robust expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, teacher coaching, and school operations.
n Experience in IB, Cambridge, or progressive CBSE/CISCE schools is highly valued.
