Job Description Role: Interior Designer

n n To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
n To own the Customer Experience during a project.
n To lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
n To own an end to end Project lifecycle.
n Strong communication, presentation skills, and a result-oriented, team-oriented mindset.
n n What We're Looking For
n n Graduation in Interior Design / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education.
n Minimum experience of 4-5 years as an Interior Designer.
n Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
n Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
n Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
