Role Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.

- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.

- Update customer interactions and details in the system.

- Follow company communication guidelines and processes.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

- Excellent English communication skills required.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Additional Information:

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Cab/Transport facility or allowances as per company policy.
