Job Description Key Responsibilities
n Project & Program Delivery
n n Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
n Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
n Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
n Ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
n n Financial & Budget Management
n n Own project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
n Monitor project spend and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
n Drive financial governance, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
n Provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis to stakeholders.
n n Change Management
n n Lead project change management activities and governance processes.
n Assess project impacts resulting from scope, schedule, technical, or business changes.
n Manage change requests, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
n Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
n n Infrastructure & Product Management
n n Deliver infrastructure and technology product-related initiatives.
n Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, security, and support teams.
n Manage dependencies, risks, and operational readiness for infrastructure deployments and upgrades.
n n Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management
n n Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
n Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
n Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
n Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and controls.




n n Global Collaboration
n n Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and regions.
n Manage cross-functional and multicultural stakeholder environments.
n Drive collaboration between business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
n n Methodology & Process Excellence
n n Apply project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
n Ensure adherence to SDLC and project governance frameworks.
n Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
n 10+ years of Project Management/Program Management experience.
n Strong experience managing large-scale Infrastructure, Technology, or Product projects.
n Proven experience in Financial Management and Budget Ownership.
n Hands-on experience with Change Management processes and governance.
n Expertise in end-to-end project delivery methodologies.
n Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or related regulated industries.
n Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed project teams.
n Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
n Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Secure, or Agile certifications.
n Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planview, and other project management tools.
n Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure preferred), DevOps, and IT Transformation initiatives.
n Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
