n n Job Description:
n TCF Engineer –
n n Process & Facility planning of the TCF to achieve Productivity, Quality, and Delivery to sustain a World Class Manufacturing system.
n Production requirements (DFA)validation
n Supporting Prove out & Problem solving online
n Preparation of documents like work instructions, PFD, PFMEA, WCL, control plan, station BOM.
n Support Installation,



commissioning and prove out of equipment's at site.
n Implementation of various Error Proofing (Poka-Yoke) devices for Quality and Process Improvement.
n Develop tools, fixture, gauges and Low-cost automation Project for productivity and Process Improvement.
n Support to prototyping in new product development.
n CFT member for Process improvements.
n Responsible for documentation in WCQ in TCF
n n Job Responsibilities:
n n Digital validation for identifying assembly issues and giving proposals to resolve them
n TCF line side issues Resolution.
n Strong customer communication (oral & mail).
n Sort out issues on site.
n Manage all assembly and quality related issues on TCF Line
n Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective action for product assembly & Quality issues
n Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve assembly and quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards
n Ensure control associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
n Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
n Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality
n Undertake special projects as required
n Contribute to continuous improvement activities
n Support and lead process improvement activities
n Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to client
n Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
