- Understand and convey product knowledge, including the history, craftsmanship, and materials of our fine jewelry.n
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to offer custom jewelry solutions to clients.n
- Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.n
- Maintain detailed client records to track preferences, special dates, and purchase history.n
- Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients.n
