- sDrive sales closures for both Primary (Developer Projects) and Secondary (Resale Properties) across Punen
- .Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, company CRM, walk-ins, references, and channel partnersn




- .Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties based on budget and preferencesn
- .Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and successfully close transactionsn
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, brokers, and channel partnersn
- .Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and local market connectionsn
- .Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipelinen
- .Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Home Loan, Operations, Documentation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth closuresn
- .Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking in CRMn
- .Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experiencen
