Job DescriptionPosition: IMS Lead Auditor
nLocation: Pune & Mumbai
nJob Purpose:
nThe role IMS Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting ISO audits across the Pune branch and other assigned locations, ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards, certification body (CB) guidelines, and organizational policies.
nKey Job Responsibilities:

- n
- Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 at the Pune branch.n
- Perform pre-audit and post-audit activities in accordance with defined audit guidelines and procedures.n
- Carry out audits at other branch locations as per organizational and client requirements.n
- Ensure adherence to Certification Body (CB) guidelines, defined KPIs, and audit protocols.n
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of QMS and QEHS systems.n
- Prepare audit plans, checklists,



reports, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).n
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.n
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.n

- Strong experience in QMS Implementationn
- Hands-on knowledge of QEHS systemsn
- Proficiency in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standardsn
- Valuable understanding of audit methodologies and compliance requirementsn
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.n

- Engineering Graduate (BE) orn
- Technical Education – Any Engineering disciplinen
