n We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agency Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead high-performing agency teams across the region.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead and manage Area Managers and agency sales teams.
n Drive regional sales performance and achieve business targets.
n Recruit, coach, and develop agency leaders and sales teams.
n Improve branch productivity, premium renewals, and persistency.
n Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and planning.
n Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations across the region.
n Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
n n Eligibility:
n n Graduation is mandatory.
n Post-graduation is preferred.
n 15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
n Minimum 9 years of experience in a managerial role.
n Strong experience in team handling, agency recruitment, sales management, and business development.
n Positive knowledge of life insurance products, agency operations, and sales processes.
