Job DescriptionJSW Sports is looking for a Business Head – Content to build and scale its content business from the ground up. This is a leadership role with end-to-end P&L; ownership across two integrated business verticals: 1. Sports Content Agency Build and lead a full-service creative, content, and production business that transforms athletes, teams, events, and IPs into compelling brand solutions through storytelling, production, and multi-platform distribution. 2. Social Media & Distribution Network Build and scale JSW Sports' owned digital platforms, driving audience growth and monetization through platform revenue, branded content, sponsorships, licensing, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & P&L; Own the P&L; for both the content agency and platform business, delivering revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Build and execute the business strategy, operating model, and go-to-market plan from the ground up. Develop and execute the roadmap for proprietary content IPs and original formats.



Commercial & Business Development Lead current business through pitches, proposals, commercial packaging, and client presentations. Build and manage relationships with senior brand, agency, and media stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value content, sponsorship, platform, and IP partnerships. Content & Platform Growth Drive audience growth across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, OTT platforms, and emerging digital channels. Develop monetization strategies across branded content, sponsorships, platform revenues, licensing, and syndication. Scale high-performing content formats that deliver both audience growth and commercial returns. Operations & Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team across content, strategy, partnerships, production, and analytics.
