nRole Purpose
nTo drive sales of Gresbond products (tile adhesives, grouts, cleaners) through dealer networks, influencers (masons/contractors), and direct market engagement, ensuring strong brand visibility and business growth.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.n
- Drive secondary sales through retailers, dealers, and distributors.n
- Identify new business opportunities in construction sites, retail counters, and local markets.n
- Promote the complete range of tile adhesives, grouts, and related products.n

n2. Dealer & Retail Network Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.n
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail counters.n
- Expand dealer network and appoint new retailers in the territory.n
- Support dealers with schemes, promotions, and merchandising.n

n3. Influencer Engagement Build strong relationships with:

- Correct usage techniques.n
- Conduct in office demos and training sessions.n

n6. Reporting & Coordination
