to gather and structure content ✅ Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets ✅ Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies ✅ Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva Qualifications & Skills ✔� 3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation ✔� Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards ✔� Robust content structuring and writing skills ✔� Good understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy ✔� Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva ✔� Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders ✔� Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
