- End-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure).n
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.n
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.n
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.n

nStrategic Execution & Alignment Translate

- Product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans.n
- Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements,



and market priorities.n
- Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios.n

nStakeholder Management Act

- As a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.n
- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.n
- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.n

nDomain Expertise (Insurance & Lending)

- Initiatives related to: Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance)n
- Claims management and underwriting workflowsn
- Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)n
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms).n
