Project Coordinator – Oracle C2M

Experience

10–12 years in Utilities Domain, with Oracle C2M, CC&B;, MDM knowledge

Location

Onshore – based in Jordan, working directly with Jordanian customers

Languages

Arabic (mandatory, fluent) and English

Role Overview

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Project Coordinator with strong functional knowledge of Oracle C2M, CC&B;, and MDM within the Utilities industry. The candidate is to be based onshore in Jordan and serve as the primary interface between Jordanian customer stakeholders and the project implementation team. The coordinator will manage day-to-day customer communication directly in Arabic, track project activities, and ensure timely execution across the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the onshore point of contact in Jordan, communicating directly with customer stakeholders in Arabic.
- Lead and coordinate customer meetings, workshops, demos, and follow-up sessions conducted in Arabic.
- Capture customer requirements, issues, decisions, and action items accurately.
- Route customer queries to the relevant implementation team members and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with Oracle C2M functional, technical, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
- Convert customer discussions into clear action items and track them through to closure.
- Identify delays, blockers,



and dependencies, and escalate to the Project/Delivery Manager as needed.
- Use working knowledge of Oracle C2M to follow customer requirements, business processes, and implementation dependencies.
- Support requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Maintain action item, issue, risk, and decision trackers, and prepare regular status reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory for direct customer interaction.
- Working functional knowledge of Oracle C2M, preferably from prior C2M implementation projects.
- 10–12 years of experience in software implementation / project coordination.
- Professional working proficiency in English for internal and offshore team coordination.
- Robust customer-facing, stakeholder-management, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to be based onshore in Jordan for extended assignments (2–3 months at a time).

Preferred Experience

- Comfortable communicating in local Jordanian Arabic dialect.
- Prior experience working directly with utility customers in Jordan or the Middle East.
- Exposure to C2M areas such as Billing, Metering, Payments/Collections, MDM, and Integrations.
- Experience coordinating across large, multi-team implementation programs.
