Planning & coordination of fabrication activities on the shop floor in all 3 shifts. Know about project scheduling, Project planning & quality requirements— knowledge of WPS, PQR, and WPQ as per ASME sec-5. Experienced in managing and mentoring a diverse team of 30+ technicians. Builds robust interdepartmental collaboration to streamline production and resolve bottlenecks.
