nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Validation Lead – Interior Design to review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of design solutions before execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interior design, AutoCAD, 2D layouts, and SketchUp, with a keen eye for detail and design accuracy.
nThe candidate will work closely with designers and execution teams to ensure that all designs are practical, error-free, and aligned with client requirements and execution standards.

- Validate and review interior design layouts, drawings, and plans before executionn
- Ensure accuracy of AutoCAD drawings, 2D designs, and SketchUp modelsn
- Check designs for feasibility, measurements, and execution readinessn
- Collaborate with interior designers and execution teams to resolve design discrepanciesn
- Ensure all designs align with client requirements and project specificationsn
- Identify and highlight potential design or execution issues in advancen
- Maintain quality standards and design consistency across projectsn
- Support teams in improving design accuracy and efficiencyn
nQualifications

- Female candidates onlyn
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-out projectsn
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D layouts, and SketchUpn
- Experience in interior fit-out and residential/commercial design projectsn
- Valuable understanding of design validation and execution feasibilityn
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsn
- Excellent communication and coordination skillsn
