nEligibility:
nGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
nMinimum 2–3 years work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.
nKey Responsibilities

- Acquire recent customers for Loan Against Property (LAP).n
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and channel partners.n
- Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.n
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and documentation.n
- Collect and verify customer documents.n
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.n
- Follow up until loan disbursement.n
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.n
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.n
- Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies.n
