nDelivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded engineering programs preferably industrial products across multiple projects and geographies.n
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget.n
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.n
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.n
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.n
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new project acquisitions, and service offerings.n

nEngineering & Technical Skills

- Provide strategic guidance on embedded product development and engineering practices.n
- Work closely with technical architects and engineering leads to ensure technology alignment.n
- Review solution approaches, effort estimations, project plans, and delivery strategies.n
- Strong expertise in Embedded Systems Development using Embedded Python and C/C++, Python and microcontroller architectures.n
- Good to have experience in Motor Control Systems, including BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors, 6-step commutation, switches, and solenoid control applications.n
- Product Automation like Python and PyTest Framework for test automation, validation, and embedded software quality assurance.n
- Knowledge of microcontroller platforms including STM32, XMC, PIC, and similar embedded controllers.n
- Engineering capabilities like schematic design/review, PCB layout understanding, hardware bring-up, and debugg
