Description
We are searching for a talented and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Projects department and lead our CNSL team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's vision and strategy, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your leadership and management skills will be instrumental in guiding and motivating the team, while your expertise will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the CNSL team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, in line with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, driving innovation.




- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.

Qualifications

- A master's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including MS Project and similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for project-related work, as required.
