Must-have skills Strong .NET and C# fundamentals Strong ASP.NET Core Web API experience React and TypeScript capability that is strong enough to independently build and modify routine screens within existing frontend patterns Database experience across SQL and NoSQL, or strong experience in one with the ability to learn the other quickly Cloud fundamentals Solid debugging and problem-solving skills Security awareness, including secure API design, tenant-boundary thinking, and the ability to spot common vulnerabilities Ability to work independently on complex end-to-end tasks Nice to have Experience with MongoDB and Azure SQL Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring Experience with financial, tax, or compliance-related platforms Experience supporting frontend modernization in enterprise systems Experience with Motif, design-system migration, or enterprise user interface transitions
