Responsibilities
- Generate accurate quotes for emerging market clients, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide backend support for the Emerging Markets team, including data entry and maintenance.
- Handle data calling tasks, such as gathering and organizing market research information.
- Assist in managing agent inquiries, offering prompt and professional support.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all emerging market activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance quote generation.
- Support the team in developing and implementing efficient backend processes.

Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective quote generation and agent handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of emerging market trends and dynamics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
