The Job Holder will be responsible for building a category-defining brand that seamlessly integrates physical experiences with digital engagement, creating meaningful connections with families, children, young adults, and entertainment seekers across every touchpoint.

1. Customer Retention & Loyalty Strategy

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLV). • Drive initiatives to increase purchase frequency across customer segments. • Own the performance of loyalty and subscription programs, tracking key business metrics and identifying growth opportunities. • Monitor key CRM KPIs, including retention, repeat rate, engagement, conversion, customer lifetime value, loyalty participation, and subscription health

2. Customer Lifecycle & CRM Marketing

• Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. • Plan, execute, and measure CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App communication channels.



• Drive automation and personalization initiatives to enhance the customer experience at scale.

3. Customer Analytics & Insights

• Partner with the Analytics team to develop customer segmentation, predictive models, dashboards, and actionable insights. • Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities. • Present customer insights, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

4. Campaign Optimization & Experimentation

• Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. • Evaluate campaign results and implement data-driven improvements to maximize engagement and conversions.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Analytics teams to execute CRM initiatives and achieve business objectives.
