n Key Responsibilities
nTeaching & Academic Delivery
n Deliver high-quality teaching at Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Doctoral
nlevels
n Use contemporary pedagogical techniques and digital tools
n Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
n Mentor students in academic and research projects
n Research & Publications
n Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals/conferences
n Lead research initiatives and guide Ph.D. scholars
n Drive large-scale funded research projects and research centers
nCurriculum & Academic Development
n Contribute to curriculum design, revision, and innovation
n Ensure Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices




n Participate in academic committees and institutional development
nLeadership & Administration
n Mentor junior faculty and support academic administration (for Associate Professor)
n Provide academic leadership and strategic direction (for Professor)
n Contribute to accreditation and ranking processes (NBA, NAAC, NIRF)
n
n Industry & Collaboration
n Develop industry partnerships, internships, and placement support
n Engage in consultancy, innovation, and technology transfer
n Build national and international academic collaborations
nQualifications & Eligibility
n Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory for Associate Professor & Professor
npreferred/ongoing for Assistant Professor)
n M.Tech (CSE)
