nRole Summary
nWe are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to head the Community Health Business at DocOnline. The role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, and execution of large-scale community health programs.
nThe ideal candidate should bring strong experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced growth environment.

- Lead and scale the Community Health business in line with organizational growth objectivesn
- Drive CSR fundraising, strategic alliances, and corporate partnerships across sectorsn
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CSR leaders, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and ecosystem partnersn
- Identify and drive current business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiativesn
- Oversee program delivery, execution excellence, and impact outcomes across community health initiativesn
- Lead cross-functional teams across fundraising, partnerships, program management, and operationsn
- Develop scalable business models and sustainable revenue streams for community health programsn
- Represent DocOnline at industry forums, conferences, and strategic stakeholder engagementsn
- Work closely with leadership teams on long-term strategy, expansion, and business planningn
