n What you'll actually be doing

- n
- Jump on live calls with US customers — onboarding sessions, health checks, performance reviews. You're their go-to person.n
- Turn marketing numbers into plain English — leads, clicks, conversions, ROI. No jargon walls allowed.n
- Handle churn risks and sticky situations with calm, confidence, and a solution mindset.n
- Collaborate with CS, Ad Ops, and Analytics teams — because great outcomes are a team sport.n
- Build lasting relationships where clients actually look forward to your calls.n

- Speak English with confidence and clarity — especially on voice calls with US business owners.n
- Bring 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or voice-based international roles.n
