Job Description:

Job Title : FinancialForce PSA Implementation Consultant

Job Type : Contract / Part-Time

Experience : 8-15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with FinancialForce PSA / Certinia PSA.
- Proven experience in PSA implementation and configuration.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
- Experience with Project Management and Resource Management processes.
- Experience integrating PSA with ERP / Finance systems is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating PSA with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
- Experience with Billing and Revenue Management.
- Good understanding of time tracking, expense management, billing, revenue, and financial processes.
- Experience with PSA data migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.




- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Robust understanding of professional services business processes.
- Design and implement PSA solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Support integrations between PSA, Salesforce CRM, ERP, Finance, and other third-party applications.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
- Lead system testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot PSA-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Support enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
