Job Description:

- Manage and supervise all electrical maintenance and operational activities within the plant.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, panels, motors, transformers, and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Monitor electrical performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff to ensure productive workflow.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support installation,



commissioning, and upgradation of electrical equipment and systems.
- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives wherever possible.
- Troubleshoot major electrical issues and ensure timely resolution of operational problems.
- Candidates with experience in industrial electrical maintenance, steel plants, or manufacturing industries preferred.
