Job Description:

Responsible for all quality assurance activities from receiving inspection of Submersible motor and pumps parts.

Generating Chemical test report by material testing.

Verify material test report.

Rejection data report by inspection of arrived material.

By preparing inspection report of arrived material and daily, monthly CR MR R/W parts submit to inward department.

Supplier detail dimension report & material test report. To verify hydrostatic pressure test report.

Current development and issue of drill jigs, fixtures, drawing and maintain records.

Verify ISO dimensional and fitment report.

5S activities as a team leader.

Co-ordinate with vendor development.

Should have knowledge of chemical analysis, testing reports, ISO knowledge, pattern knowledge, knowledge of metrology.

Industry: Manufacturing Industry – Pump Manufacturing will be added advantage.

Education: Diploma / BE Mechanical

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Salary: 30k To 35K per month
