Curriculum Creation and DevelopmentCreate inquiry-driven,
project-based engaging classes tailored to different age groups and learning styles.Build differentiated learning pathways to support diverse learnersIntegrate global best practices into instructional frameworks, ensuring international competitiveness and relevance.Train teachers/ master trainers from time to time to deliver the content.B. Assessment & Impact MeasurementDesign formative and summative assessments that check for understanding and move from lower-order to higher-order thinking skills.Continuously improvise content through feedback from educators, parents, and learners.Qualification & ExperienceStrong understanding of pedagogy suitable for K8.Minimum 2 years of experience in coding curriculum development.Experience in international curricula design (e.g. Common Core, IB)is a plus.Able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic & internet-speed workplace with tight deadlines.Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills.Attention to detail and proven ability to take complete ownership and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
