Role Summary
Not telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)
Share complete briefs with costing/tech team
Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close orders
Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended >24 hrs
Coordinate with production after order confirmation

Faster enquiry → quotation → order
High follow-up discipline
Better quote-to-order conversion
Repeat orders from handled clients

Skills Required

Solid communication (English/Hindi)
Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented
Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email
Basic understanding of packaging is a plus
