POSITION SUMMARY:The Regional Business Head is responsible for driving on-ground execution of business strategies and supporting the growth of the Rural Micro Enterprises portfolio within the assigned territory. The role involves managing field operations, enhancing productivity across branches and sub-BC outlets, and ensuring effective delivery of products such as Unsecured Loans, MSME Loans, and Micro LAP, while maintaining portfolio quality.

DESIRED PROFILE:Qualifications and Skills8+ years of experience in financial services / rural lending businessPost-Graduate Degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) / Finance / Rural Management / Social WorkProven track record in loan originations, collections, and team leadership.Solid people-management skills with experience in handling large field team and supervisors.
