Business Development Executive (BDE)

About QwindQwind is a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities·

Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.·

Meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.·

Conduct product presentations and client meetings.·

Identify upcoming construction projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.·

Project execution.·

Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.·

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.·

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.·





Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events whenever required.

Eligibility·

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).·

3–8 years of experience

in Business Development, Project Sales, or Field Sales.·

Experience in

Building Materials, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Glass, Façade, UPVC, Hardware, Construction, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Plywood, or related industries

will be preferred.·

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·

Robust understanding of the construction and building materials market is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements·

Must be willing to travel across Ahmedabad and nearby regions.·

Must own a

two-wheeler or four-wheeler

with a valid driving license.
