Key ResponsibilitiesConvert

qualified leads into customers

through calls, demos, and meetingsOwn the

end-to-end sales cycle : pitch → negotiate → closeUnderstand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectivelyConduct

product demos





tailored to client needsBuild and maintain robust relationships with prospects and clientsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversionMaintain pipeline, track deals, and achieve monthly targets

RequirementsProven ability in

sales / business development / lead conversionStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to handle objections and close deals confidentlyExperience in

hospitality industry is a big plusFamiliarity with SaaS or tech products is preferredSelf-driven, target-oriented, and startup-ready mindset
