and key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.Monitor team performance and provide regular performance updates to management.Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.Conduct regular field visits to support the team and drive business growth.Desired Candidate ProfileResults-driven leader with strong people management and leadership skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Fluent in Malayalam with solid local market understanding.Prior experience in insurance sales and field team management.Strong track record of achieving sales targets.Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales workplace.Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and team productivity.Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred.
