Welder

We are seeking a dedicated welder to contribute to our company's success by maintaining machinery that fabricates and repairs metal structures, tools, and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing welding and gas cutting tasks within specified timeframes while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the welder will be expected to undertake fitting tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Embracing the company's vision and actively participating in waste reduction efforts are also crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and gas cutting tasks within specified timeframes while adhering to safety protocols

- Execute fitting tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to hygiene standards

- Utilize correct techniques and specialized machinery for welding materials





- Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors

- Enforce strict safety regulations and monitor machinery usage and temperature

- Weld components in various positions and embrace the company's vision

- Actively participate in waste reduction and comply with company policies and procedures

- Support and promote the highest standards of hygiene within our company's Group

Requirements

Requirements:

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding

- Familiarity with manual and mechanical welding techniques

- Ability to work independently

Education/Qualification:

- Trade certificate in welding from a recognized institute

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welder
