As our
Curriculum Developer – English , you'll sit at the intersection of academics and business. You'll own how our English curriculum is designed, assessed, and delivered across KG–Grade 10 and standardized test prep (Digital SAT and beyond) — while also helping shape how the category grows.
Half your week is academic craft: designing learning progressions, writing and reviewing assessment items, building lesson resources. The other half is strategic: benchmarking competitors, reading learner data, supporting launches, and partnering with marketing, sales, and product to turn strong curriculum into a strong category.If you're an English specialist who thinks like a product owner (or a product person with genuine academic depth), this role is built for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design & ImprovementDesign, build, and iterate English curriculum across grade levels and test-prep tracks, mapped to frameworks like CCSS, ACARA, UAE MOE, Cambridge, IB, and CBSE/ICSEDefine learning outcomes, skill taxonomies,
and scope-and-sequence documentationRefine curriculum using learner performance data, mentor feedback, and market benchmarks
Assessment & Question Bank DevelopmentBuild and maintain high-quality English question banks across grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writingDesign diagnostics, formative checks, and summative assessmentsAuthor Digital SAT / SAT Verbal test-prep items matching official difficulty and format standardsWrite explanations and rationales that teach — not just mark right or wrong
Content Creation & ReviewProduce student-facing lesson decks, worksheets, and learning resourcesReview and quality-check all English content for accuracy, consistency, and grade-appropriatenessOwn content quality standards and style guides across the pipeline
AI-Assisted Content Generation & QAUse AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate drafting and item creation — with rigorous human QA on every outputBuild reusable prompt templates that speed up production without lowering quality

Requirements1–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, educational content creation, assessment/question bank development, or English teaching/trainingBachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related fieldExceptional command of English grammar, writing, and comprehension, with sharp proofreading skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of learning outcomes, curriculum frameworks, and student-centric pedagogyWorking proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs, Canva, and GammaDaily hands-on comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
