nChandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling/sales, we want to hear from you
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).n
- Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.n
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.n
- Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity.n
- Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.n




- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.n

nRequired Experience

- n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader inn
- EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industryn
- Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counsellingn
- Excellent communication skills and confidencen
- Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targetsn
