nAbout the Role
nChandigarh University is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead admissions and tele-counseling operations. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership capabilities, a proven track record in admissions or inside sales, and the ability to drive team performance, student conversions, and revenue growth.
nKey Responsibilities
nTeam Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.n
- Establish performance benchmarks and ensure achievement of admissions targets.n
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives.n




- Foster employee engagement and drive retention strategies.n

nAdmissions & Revenue Management

- Drive admissions conversions and revenue generation through effective counseling strategies.n
- Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates and admissions funnel performance.n
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospective student inquiries.n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.n

nOperations Management

- Oversee daily tele-counseling operations and productivity metrics.n
- Manage lead allocation, call distribution, and workflow efficiency.n
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and best practices.n
- Continuously improve operational effectiveness and turnaround times.n

nTraining & Development

- Coach team members on counseling techniques, objection handling, and sales excellence.n
