About the Role:

The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Youll play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through strategic ad management and creative testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
2. Conduct detailed audience research to identify and segment target demographics.
3. Set up and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
4. Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to improve CTR and engagement.
5. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
6. Track and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
7. Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
8. Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and event tracking.

Build and maintain remarketing and lookalike audiences to scale performance.
10. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad visuals and messaging.
11. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. of Google Ads platforms, campaign types, and bidding strategies.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
6. Solid communication and reporting skills.
7. Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
8. Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
